奈良県出身 JALグループ客室乗務員を経て、2005年フリーキャスターに転身。
経済番組や情報番組等、様々なメディアにレギュラー出演し、数百人のインタビューを担当。
昨今ではマナー・プロトコール検定準１級を取得し、
全国の企業・学校での講師活動や子供服のプロデュースにも携わる。一児の母。
趣味・特技は、歴史散策、ピアノ演奏（絶対音感あり）、インテリアコーディネート。
Born in Nara Prefecture
After working as a flight attendant for JAL Group, she became a freelance newscaster in 2005.
She has appeared regularly on a variety of media, including economic and information programs, and has interviewed hundreds of people.
Recently, she obtained the Manner and Protocol Test Level 1.
She is also involved in teaching at companies and schools nationwide and producing children's clothing. She is the mother of a child.
Her hobbies and special skills include historical walks, playing the piano (she has absolute pitch), and interior coordination.
